No ice maker available!!! Rooms lack coffee makers, irons, and refrigerators!!! Lobby coffee only available late in the morning!!! Management could improve communication on room servicing schedules!!!

Everything was amazing! The location was walkable to downtown shops and eats. The room was super clean with lovely decor. The porch rockers at every room were a great touch! Communication from the staff was excellent.

This was just an optimal selection for a short stint in Sylva with a reasonable price. The room access was convenient, nice for a smooth check-in process. Bring your own coffee maker since you won't find one in the room.

Ground-level location offers easy access. Great spot for a one-night stay.

Room had a dumpster directly in front. No functioning icemaker, and rooms lack coffee makers, irons, or refrigerators. Coffee available only in the lobby, which opens at 9 AM. Irons only accessible during office hours.
